Venezuelan feminist non-governmental organization, its mission is to promote and defend sexual and reproductive rights as a way to achieve an inclusive, just and equitable society. They promote articulated work with other women's, feminist and human rights organizations. Vision To be a school and a reference organization in the construction of a society that guarantees the exercise of a full, free and responsible sexuality. Principles Feminist: We analyze the structures of power and the patriarchal system, for its eradication in our organization and in society. Democracy: We fully assume our role in the construction of a participatory, active and inclusive democracy, with a view towards equality, equity and social justice. Care: We prioritize the well-being, safety and health of the people who are part of our team and the populations we work with. Protection: We have zero tolerance for any form of abuse, violence and sexual exploitation. Non-discrimination: We respect diversity and differences in terms of religion, social class, political affiliation, ethnic group, sexual orientation and gender identity and expression. Autonomy: We reject religious, political, economic or any other kind of impositions. Alternative sex education: We advocate for dialogue and the promotion of a full, free and responsible exercise of sexuality. Formed in 1965, today the Association Guadeloupéenne pour le Planning Familial (AGPF), also known as La Maternite Consciente, oversees maternal and child welfare, and manages immunization, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV/AIDS programmes. It also monitors other work and needs related to sexual and reproductive health (SRH). It operates 5 clinics, which provide contraceptive services, emergency contraception, pregnancy tests, pap smears, STI screening and pre- and post-abortion counselling. AGPF also delivers outreach educational services on contraception and SRH in Creole, to promote the use of clinical services, particularly among migrants from neighbouring islands such as Dominca, Haiti and St.Lucia, who frequently wish to use SRH services but are unable to pay. The organization has been an affiliate member of IPPF through The Caribbean Family Planning Affiliation (CFPA) for many years, and became a full Member Association in November 2022.

AMIOF provides a wide range of Sexual and Reproductive Health services through its network of nine (9) family planning centres in Martinique. The centres offer Sexual and Reproductive Health information and education services, counseling services, contraceptive services, pap smears, pregnancy tests, STI/HIV screening, infertility treatment, and gynaecological services, to all residents of the territory. Among the association’s clientele are many migrants from neighbouring Caribbean territories; many of whom seek sexual and reproductive health services from the association due to constraints accessing such services from Government operated facilities in the country.   The Association Martiniquaise pour I'Information et l'Orientation Familiales (AMIOF) is part of an umbrella organization known as the Caribbean Family Planning Affiliation Ltd (CFPA). The Caribbean Family Planning Affiliation (CFPA) is the only regional non-governmental organization (NGO) devoted to family planning and sexual and reproductive health in the Caribbean. CFPA serves 13 island Member Associations and 5 Associate Member Associations in the Caribbean, Central and South America. It supports these Associations with technical assistance and materials, and represents their collective interests at IPPF meetings and in the Caribbean region among governments and NGOs. CFPA Member Associations are located in Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Curacao, Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Nevis and St. Kitts, St. Lucia and St. Vincent. CFPA Associate Member Associations are located in Belize, Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago. The CFPA does not offer any clinical services or distribute family planning methods to clients, but rather focuses its work on governance and institution-building among its Member Associations. The CFPA oversees, manages and analyses core grants to 7 Caribbean Member Associations. The CFPA also submits project proposals for donor funding on behalf of the Associations.

The Bahamas Sexual Health & Rights Association, previously known as the Bahamas Family Planning Association, has pioneered family planning in The Bahamas since 1985. Today, it continues to meet the demand for sexual and reproductive health services—particularly among vulnerable communities—by providing a full range of services that include contraceptives, gynecological care, pregnancy tests, breast exams, as well as services specifically geared for the LGBTQ community.   BaSHRA continues to play an important role in addressing the sexual and reproductive health needs of all residents of The Bahamas. The BFPA also known as the Barbados Family Planning Association is a benevolent organization created to protect, serve, and empower every Barbadian with their Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights embedded in a human and Sexual rights approach. The Association carries out its mission in the following ways clinical and medical service; education; national, community and individual intervention programs; strategic advocacy; intense research; provision of data; and most importantly protecting the most vulnerable and marginalised groups in society. It was established by an act of Parliament in 1954 and governed by an elected group of volunteers. The Association is an independent entity and governed by a constitution. The BFPA for transparency and accountability is governed by a Board of Ten (10) Elected Directors (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relation Officer and Five Floor members which consist of two youth members). For further accountability and transparency, several government agencies have ex-officio representatives on the Board these are the Ministry of Health and Wellness, the Ministry of Youth Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Innovation, and the private sector. The diversity is further reflected through our Board and member with additional ex-officio e.g., LGBTQI Persons, Women’s groups, youth, and other partners. The Association is operationally managed by an Executive Director who is supported by highly technical, skilled, and qualified staff. Through a well-managed and sustainable revitalization process, the BFPA membership and board reflects the diversity that is in Barbados, with the following characteristics:  age, ethnicity, religious preference, disability, sexuality, and socio-economic diversity. The BFPA has one location which is a comprehensive clinical facility and community social service hub. With the reorganisation of the work of the BFPA under the societal impact and sustainability pillars of Medical and Clinical Services, Commodity Distribution, Sexual Rights Advocacy and Intervention Programming, Counselling and Mental Health Support, and lastly the protection of the freedom of all to have Sexual Pleasure in a safe, respectful, and private manner.   Instagram  

The National Center for Sex Education (CENESEX) is a teaching, research and assistance institution in the area of sexualities. CENESEX was founded on December 28, 1988, when the first resolution on the creation of the institution was issued. Later, other legal norms have specified its social purpose. It was created as an institution of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP), but it is the result of the institutionalization process of a previous experience, that of the National Working Group on Sex Education (GNTES), which was created in 1972 at the initiative of Vilma Espín as president of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC), and whose main objective was to develop and monitor the implementation of the National Sex Education Program. Open to scientific research, exchange of experiences and dialogue of knowledge, CENESEX has professionals of recognized prestige from different scientific disciplines that address, with a comprehensive approach, the study of sexualities.   Twitter Instagram
