This position will ensure the provision of effective, timely and accurate executive assistance to the ACRO Senior Management Team, Regional and Deputy Regional Directors and overall assistance to the advocacy and communications function of ACRO including support for logistics, documentation, data/ report preparation, coordination, calendar management, etc.
You have graduate qualifications. You have at least 3-years of experience in providing executive-level support, ideally in an international setting, including experience in office management and administration. You have an overall understanding of political, cultural and socio-economic dynamics across the Americas and the Caribbean. You are a good team player with a ‘can-do’ and positive approach. Outstanding command of English and Spanish is essential. French is highly desirable. Experience as a research assistant is a plus.
